Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please follow these steps: 1. Contact our customer service team at support@rowcos.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. 2. Pack the item securely and include the RMA number on the package. 3. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@rowcos.com to arrange the details.
